Multi-unit buildings - such as hotels, apartment blocks, government buildings, office towers, hospitals, and retirement residences – use an extraordinary amount of hot water. In fact, according to PKF, 67% of a hotel’s gas bill is used just to heat water for domestic use (not to heat the building). It only takes 1/4” of scale on a heat exchanger to increase energy costs by 40%.

Plumbing equipment. Run more efficiently by significantly reducing or eliminating calcium and corrosion. The lifespan of heat exchangers for cooling and heating, steam generators, pipes, showerheads, basins, toilets, pumps and faucets is significantly increased.

Hospital equipment. Hospitals benefit from increased sterilization and preservation of other key medical equipment.
