This 220 room luxury resort, managed by Delta Hotels, installed an Ayus activation device on a cold water feed and achieved significant improvements in the performance of its steam oven and bar dishwasher in just 10 weeks. A study that assessed the effects of the device during this period shows the following results:

STEAM OVEN BEFORE AYUS:
The steam oven didn't work at full capacity because of calcium build up and it clogged regularly unless it was manually cleaned. A thick coating of scale covered the heat exchangers and prevented them from functioning properly, and rocks of hard calcium littered the floor of the steamer. In addition, the anodes were so corroded they were said to resemble coat hangers.

STEAM OVEN AFTER AYUS:
The calcium deposits turned into a soft paste and gradually dissolved leaving the unit calcium-free. It now works at full capacity and no longer requires manual cleanings to unclog it. The heat exchangers are free of scale and run at 100% efficiency, and the anodes are in perfect shape and have no signs of corrosion.

BAR DISHWASHER BEFORE AYUS:
The unit had calcium buildup in the tank and was not cleaning properly. The dishes were left with lots of spots and the glassware had hard spotting which had to be removed with manual polishing, a task that cut into the time that staff could spend serving customers.

BAR DISHWASHER AFTER AYUS:
The calcium disappeared from the tank and the spotting has become much lighter and easier to remove. Staff can now spend less time polishing glassware and more time serving customers.

CONCLUSION:
After all the evidence that Ayus worked on key equipment, the hotel installed a 6" device on the main water line to affect everything in the hotel.
